Major shout-out to Evan Bourne (a.k.a. Matt Sydal) who made his debut on the WWE flagship show, Raw, last night. He debuted in spectacular fashion by teaming with Rey Mysterio and nailing the shooting star press to beat Miz and John Morrison. The crowd went nuts. I could see them doing big things if they keep Rey and Evan as a team. Matt started his career right here in St. Louis so I was so glad to see him succeed on a national stage. I've seen him in Gateway Championship Wrestling where he started as "Matt" and he worked his way up to IWA, ROH, TNA and finally signed a deal with WWE. He has been in ECW for a couple of weeks and finally made it to the big show. Great debut and I hope they do the right thing and push him to the moon.
