Dear Weekend Today Show, why on earth did you take Jenna Wolfe off the anchor desk and replace her with.... Not Jenna Wolfe?  Are you intentionally trying to tank your ratings?  I'm going to carry a picket sign. Not outside the Today Show, but inside the Hollywood Nation offices.  Probably not as effective, but it's the thought that counts.  I need an aspirin.

Memo To WWE: Take This Idea!

With the news that Velvet Sky may be taking her pigeons away from Impact Wrestling, I have a great idea for WWE.  Since they are pretty much building around A.J. (above), what better move than to have two female wrestlers right out of the movie Mean Girls to pick on poor little A.J.?  A.J. can play the plucky and valiant babyface fighting back against her bullies (Be A Star!).  That's right: The Beautiful People vs. A.J.!  Can you imagine the riot when they put a paper bag over this broad's head?  It will be a license to print money!  And it would make Hollywood Nation very happy!  Everyone wins!  I'm going to sleep.  My work is done.

Sad news from the publishing world as it has been reported that King Magazine will be going under shortly. Where are the big booty stars of tomorrow going to go now? This magazine goes under, meanwhile Flat European Asses Monthly continues to thrive. A travesty.

The TNA Knockouts To Playboy?

Because WWE is now going for a more kid friendly image, this year will be the first time since about 1999 that one of the WWE Divas won't be in the March Playboy. Could that open up an opportunity for the beloved Knockouts of TNA Wrestling? So Cal Val of TNA (above) recently talked about this issue to the UK Sun:

"It would be a really good thing for TNA," she said. "I know the fans love our photo shoots and what could be better than to do one for Playboy? And, hey, if we’re going to get naked then this is the classiest way. It would also be great to show the WWE up – and have better pictures than their girls did."

I hope TNA doesn't botch this like they mess up the storylines each week. These poor girls are aiming for Playboy and they're going to end up in Beaver Hunt or Barely Legal.

According to a report at perezhilton.com, actress Megan Fox finally came to her senses and broke up with that wannabe rapper goof from Beverly Hills 90210. I was going to make a joke about how we still don't have a chance with her-- then I realized that she was actually dating the goof from 90210! We all have a shot!

TNA Spin Cycle

It's a special all-Knockouts edition of the Spin Cycle this week. The guests are Rhaka Khan, So Cal Val, Christy Hemme and ODB. Mick Foley and his family make a special guest appearance with some holiday hijinx. My favorite on the panel is Rhaka Khan. They need to feature her more on Impact-- just not in the ring. Congratulations to one of my all-time favorite WWE Divas, Kristal Marshall, who won the Ms. Bikini America contest over 400 other contestants on Saturday in Las Vegas. Even more amazing, this woman just recently gave birth within the last couple of months. Halloween with Kim K. and Mariah

How did two of Hollywood Nation's favorite celebs dress up for Halloween? Check out the pictures below. Kim Kardashian dressed up as a big bootied Wonder Woman and Mariah was a slutty fireman, uh, firewoman, whatever. There's a ho's/hose joke in here somewhere, but I'm too full of candy to make it. I'll give the edge to Kim on this one.

Stacy Update

There has been a Stacy Keibler sighting at the local newsstand. Hollywood Nation's favorite former wrestler/Dancing with the Stars contestant is on the cover of the current edition of Maxim magazine. The article includes information on her Hollywood career and selling draws on Ebay. Oh, and some nice pictures too. Go pick it up.

Bowling Beauties Finals

Howard Stern's Bowling Beauties came to its thrilling conclusion and we have a winner. A young lady by the name of Jackie emerged as the victor by defeating Tracy (pictured above, because she was hotter) . It wasn't even close, as the mercy rule was invoked and it was stopped early. Jackie said that she would use her $5000 prize money to either pay off some bills or to get implants. Decisions, decisions. I wish her the best. Can't wait for this show to return.

Howard Stern's Bowling Beauties

The third edition of Howard Stern's Bowling Beauties was just posted today. Unfortunately, Hollywood Nation's beloved Leticia Cline was eliminated this round by a broad not nearly as hot. But on the flip side, three of the other girls on the show bowled topless. The thrilling conclusion is scheduled for June 12th. Now can we please bring Leticia back to TNA Wrestling so she can feud with The Beautiful People?

Howard Stern's Bowling Beauties

The last time that I watched an entire bowling show was an episode of Bowling For Dollars back in 1979. That all changed yesterday when I caught the debut of Howard Stern's Bowling Beauties on the Howard TV On Demand channel. It lived up to the hype. It's probably up there with Good Times, Sanford and Son, and the first season of the Surreal Life as one of my favorite shows ever. Gratuituous camera shots, trash talking, and hot women in bikinis-- that's a pretty damn good combination. It's a tournament format and the second half of the first round takes place on May 22nd (which is when former TNA interviewer Leticia Cline will bowl). My only complaint-- I wish there was a new episode every day.

Recently, TV Guide declared that Jennifer Love Hewitt was the hottest woman on televison. Aw, c'mon. Sure she's cute and has a nice rack, but the hottest woman on TV? My Worlds Are Colliding-- Again

It's always uncomfortable when my entertainment worlds cross over, but it looks like we are headed towards another collision. According to today's USA Today, the one and only Kim Kardashian is slated to appear at WrestleMania on March 30th as a "guest hostess". Lord knows what that will involve. Since this is the biggest wrestling event of the year, I think it presents a tremendous opportunity for Kim to branch out and... OH MY GOD, LOOK AT THAT EGG MCMUFFIN! Good grief!


(According to Blogger's calculations, this is my 400th post-- and apparently 375 of them were about Kim Kardashian's ass. Anyhow, congratulations to the entire staff of The Nation).
