If the first three contestants are any indication, this will be the shittiest season yet of American Idol. Sure that guy Danny (who sang Mimi's "Hero") was fine but the girl who sang the Aretha Franklin song was borderline and the country guy that was put through to the final twelve was atrocious. I honestly would have rather seen the toned-down Tatiyana advance rather than the country guy (and trust me, she's coming back in the wild-card round). Next week's list of clowns doesn't look very promising either. I should cut my losses now.
